Chaos Armour

How it looks this year (see earlier versions elsewhere in my gallery). Changes are: New colour (darker reds, stronger contrasts, dirt & rust, a third colour; brass), new "big" feet, "chainmail" additions, a skull trophy on the "halo" and -if you look closely- a removable taclight on the right shoulder (I hate stumbling around in the dark and a proper chaos warrior just doesn´t carry a candle lantern). Not visible are tear-off-safeties and better fittings on almost all removable parts.
Although looking like a miniature here, the creature doesn´t fit through normal-broad doors and needs 2,5m to stand upright.
The guy either wields a two-handed sword or comes with shield and one-handed weapon.
The new feet are made of a fibreglass-chassis with foam applications (worn over buffaloes with plateau-soles). Feet have been broadened and heightened (if you make your feet longer it won´t work- you´ll slow yourself down and risk tripping). They performed flawlessly in a three-day-battle in mud & rain- but (this being an open site) I think I have to mention here that wearing shoes with plateau-soles is dangerous. Before wearing them InPlay I trained with them weeks before and consider the effort well invested! InPlay I didn´t trip or stumble- but accidents of these kind can permanently affect your ability to walk- so be extra careful and debate with yourself if the risk is worth it!
